There are many stressors in today’s world. How do you stay sane when everything around you feels insane?
I’m here to help with that. Help might look like:
- Reducing symptoms of anxiety and/or depression.
- Developing self respect and letting go of shame.
- Learning how to set boundaries and clearly express needs.
Help might be a combination of these things, or something else altogether. It all depends on you and your situation.
My version of therapy is that it’s a process of getting to know yourself better. I am not here to “fix” you, because my belief is that you’re not “broken.” I am here to help you understand yourself better, so that you know why you do the things you do. It is up to you to decide what you want to change.
You are the expert on your own life and yet I’ve learned that lots of people hide from themselves. It is my job to draw you out and help you find the value of your being. To help you love yourself- not despite certain things, but because of them. Together we will discover what makes you classically you.
With knowledge comes choice and with choice comes happiness. My only goal is to help you live a happier and more fulfilled life.
